Bishop sac sound?

Just wondering if this Bishop sac was sound or am I missing something? Otherwise not a bad game.

Hmm... it looks good to me...

There's no way it can be sound.

It might not have been sound but it was probably fine for a novice speed game. The real lemon was:

9.....Be5,  for too many reasons to go

It looks like Black gets a slight edge if White captures the Bishop.  However, according to Rybka, White has an edge of 0.8 pawns if he simply ignores it and continues developing.

Thanks all, I'm not big into sacs but this opened my eyes to live dangerously and tried another bishop sac the next game that went quite well.

After spending half of your game time calculating a sacrifice, your opponent won't bite.

18. ...Qc5 ?

 

Otherwise a fairly sound game.
