There's nothing as easily lost as a won game. I did it several times.

...which is a great reason never to resign a game against someone having a similar rating.
Every now and then, you dominate a game only to blow it with a blunder at the end. This is one of the most frustrating games I've played in ages. The good news is I'm probably better than my rating indicates. The bad news is its not showing up in results quite yet.
**I just noticed an error in the game, move 16 was supposed to be Rfd1, which makes much more sense. There was another trap where if black snags the d-pawn, then Bh7+ would have uncovered the rook
