Bot rating is questionable?

Is it just me?
My 4 most recent games with the bot 'Noam' (2200 master) i saw he scored a 2550 rating for 3 of the 4 games with those games featuring in between 95-98 accuracy.
Other bots have had questionable ratings too in my opinion. Is it just me? Why have the 2200 bot play like a 2550 75% of the time? I think 350 rating points is a big difference
Any ideas are welcome
