Can you analyse my game?

Despite all blacks time wasting with the queen in the opening white didn't seem to get that much of an advantage. It's true that you had couple extra tempos but development advantage is only temporary. Blacks position looks very solid so it might well be difficult to stop him finishing the development or to force some concessions. I would seriously consider further speeding up white's development with the pawn offer 5. Nf3!? If black accepts with 5... Qxg2 6. Rg1 Qh3 7. d4 then white has a serious development advantage.
I don't certainly expect white to win from the final position but I would also like to see rest of the moves.

Play 3. Nf3 instead. It doesn't block the c pawn so you have the option to play c4 at some point gaining centreal control and his cheapo queen stuff won't work at all because you'll block with the bishop and then just castle because your knight is already developed. I know all books on the center counter say play 3. Nc3 but 3. Nf3 is way better imo and it is played half of the time if you look at the databases.

If he does the Qe6+ and then goes to g6, you should be winning easily. I've got some of my shortest wins ever (under 20, even under 15 moves) against this kind of thing. Play 5.Nf3, for massive development plus, if he's stupid enough to take the pawn you just open up your rook on him and attack while keeping chances of trapping his queen.
Its really a great position to play from:)
I think part of the reason why you win these games so easily is that probably your opponent is weaker than you to begin with if he makes these kind of mistakes in the opening and consequently will commit further mistakes. White has an edge but if you put strong defender behind black pieces he could still put up fierce resistance. My point is that while certainly pleasant this type of position is by no means an automatic win.
playing it safe and keeping the pawn with Bf3 seems fine to me. I would consider 8. Nf4 Also instead of Ng3 just Qd2 seems like an easy, logical developing move. But definately do something other than Ng3.
I didn't like 8.Nf4 because 8... Bxf3 9.Ng3, Bd1 10.Nh8, Bc2 , I would probably lose my knight too.
Qd2 looks good.

5.Nf3 is excellent i don't know why i didn't consider it. But if I get this position again I will sure play this.
