Some general comments:

In queens pawn openings you don't normally want to play your knight to c6. c5 is a freeing move black needs quite often, so you shouldn't block the pawn. Otherwise you can get very cramped.

King's Indian is a specific opening, not just anything with a fianchettod bishop. With this pawn structure it's not a King's Indian.
