Some crazy opening by black, too hard for me to crack, any idea to penetrate black?

Firstly 2.e3 is an error. Some better options are 2.C4 or 2.Nf3 . look into the queen's Gambit. And btw that's one of the coolest looking Pawn structures i ever saw.

target the g6 pawn, it is unprotected

It's possible to checkmate the opponent if both of you had a knight, but it can't be forced.

Lol, after 8... g6 this suddenly looks like a game of checkers.

He weakened his dark squares to the extreme, but he did have a spacial advantage over you since you made only 2 pawn moves. How about 4. c4 ?

Try to come up with some sort of a plan against the weaknesses he's creating, it doesn't have to be something immediate and forcing, but rather strategic. However don't let him squeeze you into passiveness.

11... Bxh2 lost a piece. You were doing good at this point, but gave back the favour when you allowed 14... Qh2+. He then gave back the favour again when he played 17... Nxf2 instead of Qxf2+, and you gave it back again with 18. Qf1 instead of Rxg2 winning a piece. This is almost like a game of tennis :)

At the end of the day, this was a game of errors. It's not the crazy opening that set the fate of the game, but the player's play. Looking at your rating, this is very much understandable, you might even had a good game. But you should work on basic tactics before hitting on more advanced opening concepts. Good luck!

2. e3 is not an error. It's only somewhat passive.

well i do not think  e3 is a passive move, i don't think  it's an error too, it might not be a good move against a GM but it's a good move against newbies, I won my last 7 games out of 10 games with this opening because most players won't expect this

2. e3 is passive compared to alternatives like 2. c4 or even 2. Nf3. I don't think that learning "book openings" is of great importance for a beginner so I wouldn't get too fixated with that move. However, it would be a good idea to try to learn an active and agressive style especially when playing with white and you should be aware that this move (e3) has one serious drawback: it blocks the road of c1 bishop into the game.

Let's look at the line you provided since I think there are bigger issues than e3 to deal with:
