c pawn 2nd move is a good bookmove, it leads to slav or semi-slav I think, but with this continuation much theory is needed. I don't know why you prefer to castle opposite side, the best is to castle where it is best to castle, and that's often kingside because the king defends the pawns in front of him. Move 8 with white I would take the knight then block queenside with c5. Since you advanced g pawn to g4, you would then have problems with your king safety and he could easily castle then attack you in the center. Anyway, good attack at the end, from move 22, and for someone who doesn't know the opening, that's a good beginning. Bravo!

How's it goin fellas? I created an account here a couple weeks back and have been reading the posts since, some good tips on here. This is a game I just played that was very exciting. I tried posting a game a couple weeks ago but it didn't process and I lost all that I had typed. This game has a simular message. Board position is much more important than material. I was able to win this game even after blundering away a free rook. Enjoy, comments appreciated.
