FRITZ 12

I am the proud owner of Fritz 12.  Does anybody know where I can find out how to use the program  i.e. analysis.   There are so many menus with so little explanation that it is easy to think I need to be a lot better that a 1450 player to understand how to get benefit from this program.  I am tempted to jump to the conclusion that I may have wasted my money.  

Read the manual. Play some sparring etc.

I have read the manual and did not find the answer to my problem.  Do you know how to insert a position and get the program to analyze it?

There are huge menu buttons on the top of the screen. Find insert position. If you want to set your own position press S.

What kind of source is your game (if my old Fritz 8 knowledge will be any good)?

chessbase.com has some instructional videos that are pretty good.  also chesscafe.com i think has some articles on the subject.

Yes fritz 12 is good. I love playing against it. I'm a proud owner too
