Played this game recently as White. What could I have done better?
12. e4 is not good , cos you are missing main idea of your opening and that is queen side attack , pressure on half open c file and in this position weak c6 peon , that's why u have placed your rook on c file in the first place . After move 15. you have started to lose and if black didn't make few small mistakes later you would be in very passive position with little chance

I believe that that is the main line for Queen's Gambit.
