Game review rating higher when facing bots

I recently (yesterday) started playing some games against intermediate bots and am going to work my way as high as I can go (probably not very high). Yesterday was messing around against 1300/1400/1500 bots. 

I know game review is hardly perfect but I noticed two things - first, my game ratings against these bots is higher than against players of the same level. Some of my ratings were between 2000 and 2200 and I am not on that level. Also, the bots ratings are consistently higher than their estimated ELO - a few hundred points higher each time.

I guess bots performance would average out over time but still this seems high.

Anyway I guess the question is why both my and the bots rating is higher versus when I play another live player and we are both getting 1350 rating or something?

I too have been the the intermediate bots= 1000 to 1200 and tracking the game review ratings after. every game. The bots rarely hove ratings at their ELO = they are almost always lower. Hans for instance whose ELO. is 1000 has a rating range from 250 to 1250. His average rating was 624 compared to my average of 456. It seems that the bots are programmed to play to our level of play.
