Game Reviews have been set to one a day for basic and gold members for a long time. What has changed for sone members is that you can only view those you have previously run yourself and those of titled players.
Gane Review is one of the most developed things the site has and uses significant resources when ran (it's all done server side).
Self analysis is still available for game and always has been.
