Help: lost to a stranger at the pub

I was soundly defeated by a man I met at a local pub. The game was recorded as we played:

I didnt see any compensation for the pawn sac whatsoever.  If that is a legitimate sac, go back and look at the theory because you messed up early.  You sacc'd a pawn to get an inferior position.  You can do that for free.  

Right you are. I have known that the pawn sac is unsound, however I did not known why. What other replies to d4 does black have that will continue to accelerate development or create a dynamic and active play?

If you were in a pub you should have plyed him with stronger drink!

Oh well, at least you didn't get beaten by a bozo, your opponent played a strong game.

man in pub knew what he was about I'm only guessin', but praps when u goes to the pub u tends to underestimate the opposition whilst under the influence - seen a few people doin' that - me included
