Help me analyze

I am a fairly lower rated player, currently 1446 FIDE as of rn. I wanted some insights on some analysis I did of 2 OTB rated games I played in June 2024. Please take a look.

I'm black in this game and this is the first round of the tournament where I drew a player 300 points higher than me

In the next game I'm white where I lost due to a small mistake, which put me in a lot of pressure. It was also the last round of the tournament and tbh I didn't really get enough sleep

I am welcome to any help I can get.

In first game you played opening very well. In this pawn structure, white should play on kingside and basically try to checkmate black king. For that reason is incorrect for white to exchange all minor peaces. Black should play on queenside including so called “minority attack” which means plan with b5, a5, b4 weskening white pawn structure. For that reason i dońt like your with qg5, h5, h4. At the end of the day, you createdweak pawn h4 which white could have won by 30. Qe1 Qe7 g5. Than you find correct plan and in final position black is clearly better because of his active and white passive rook.

In the second game, if black plays early Bf5 and e6 in queens gambit, you should respond with Qb3 pressuring b7 and d5 simultaneously. 9. Rfe1 was quite illogical instead of Rac1 with plan of creatin semi open file with cxd5. Blundering a pawn was not the end of the story bur 17.Nxd5?? Was horrible move changing pawn strucure to protected passed pawn c4.
