How do I get PGN?

If you have the headers right for PGN, just cut and paste the whole game in the pgn box when you hit the chessboard. There are dozens of free pgn programs that will input your game into pgn format.
I would like to post a game for some feedback but I am having difficulty transferring the PGN to the game analysis forum. I am working on a Mac using firefox as my browser. If anyone has advice, please send a word.
