To improve in chess, it is important to play a lot. But that isn't enough: you also have to increase your chess knowledge by studying endgames, tactics, positional play, and opening principles at first. As your knowledge grows, playing games and analyzing them will help turn that knowledge into chess skills. And that will lead to improvement.

Play a ton and watch youtube videos. Lookup beginner chess strategies and learn some openings for both black and white as well as what OldPatzerMike said study engames, tactics, positions and so on. Without knowledge you won't progress anywhere near as fast as you could. Plenty of stuff on youtube to learn the basics and even advanced stuff. Goodluck, have fun.

Don't forget to do tactics. That'll help you learn key patterns and concepts that will also help you analyze your games.

If you're feeling lazy analyzing your games, go watch youtube chess videos or a watch a titled player stream it might help you improve.

Okay, I have seen some of your games and here are two major problems that you need to fix first :

1) You ignore development in the opening phase and move pieces more than once unnecessarily.

2) You hang pieces a lot. Here. Watch this video. It will help you a lot :  https://youtu.be/Ao9iOeK_jvU
