Is it possible to get 100% accuracy in a game?
If all the moves are the best moves, then it will be 100% accuracy. Book moves do not count. Sometimes there will never be a best move, because chess.com game review is just like that.

Book moves definitely count.
Run the numbers on this one, both sides got 100%!

I am not clear why some people are suggesting that it is only 'all book moves'. There are plenty of games showcased here where players have got a 100% accuracy. Looking through these there are some patterns; No really long games, one player tends to make a bad move or series of bad moves that the opponent efficiently capitalizes on. The thread is " is it possible?" answer yes, and not just by super high rated players, it depends on the mistakes and how well they are seized upon.

So you can get 100% accuracy if white plays f3, you play e4, white plays g4 and you play Qh4# the winning move
