Black is completely lost before that move, it's just that it happens to be the best of all the losing moves. And black doesn't have to hang the queen by taking the bishop.

Ohh, I see now. What do you mean he doesn't have to hang the queen by taking the bishop? He let me check him, which means he's forked and his Queen can't take my bishop.

You're thinking taking the Knight is better than the Bishop sac to take the Queen? That's the engine move too, but I don't understand why you wouldn't want to sac a bishop and take a Q?

So why don't you see for yourself what the engine calculated in all those lines?

Black doesn't have to take the Bishop.

With Nxc7+ to Ne6 and Ng5, white has a mating attack. And that is far more important than holding on to the queen. Bxd7+ is a straightforward move, and the king can just sidestep, but as always, material-oriented moves are inferior to checkmate-oriented ones.

Since white has mate on the board in a few moves here, black best focus on taking out the most prominent attackers. But really, why even analyse - having taken out black's pivotal piece means this is impossible to lose.
