First off, your bishop moved from f1 to d6, and his ROOK, not his bishop, did the "illegal" 2-mover.
Yes, it's legal - it's called castling. :) Google it.

Hi, I was playing a game against a computer, just for a small warm up. In the middle of the game the computer make a move I did not recognize:
1.e2-e4, e7-e5;
2.Ng1-f3, Bf8-d6;
3.Bf1-d3, Ng8-f6;
4. 0-0, ;
