This is how it appears to me (piffle) - all very obvious with hindsight! and I suggest you take these comments with a large pinch of salt:
7. you set up an exchange, forcing your queen out early.
8. losing tempo, while retreating the queen
9. inadequately defended pawn
10. attack easily countered - not worth making
12. should have blocked with the bishop on black
13. smart move - castle and pin opponent's pawn
14. should have exchanged bishops - avoiding the doubled pawns / opening the a-file.
20. looks like a poor choice for black - leaving rook at risk BUT it does open up the possibility of mate on the back row - if black can get a knight to e4
I thought your play was generally quite good - so what do I know?
