It was just the guffy knight, lost it in distraction.
My first 14** scalp
Tony--I always see you posting insights into various games played across all levels of play. Thank you for doing so.

3...h6? - A waste of time. g5 is already protected by your queen. Better was... just about any move that developes a piece.
4...Be7? - This hangs your e5 pawn: 2 attackers, only 1 defender.
5.dxe5 dxe5 6.Qxd8+ Bxd8 7.Bxe5 - Kudos to your opponent for noticing your tactical error and punishing it.
8.Bc4 Nf6 9.Bxe6 fxe6 - Your opponent trades pieces when ahead! This is a generally a good principle to follow.
14.O-O-O?? - Your opponent hangs a piece! His decisive blunder.
14...Nxe5 - Good, you notice. Now you're winning.
17.Bxe5 Bxe5 18.Rxd8+ Rxd8 - Your opponent trades pieces when behind?! This is not such a good idea and helps your cause immensely.
22...Rd2! - Excellent! Your rook penetrated to the seventh rank.
24...Rd2! - Also a good idea. Trading when ahead. :)
26....g5? - You hang a pawn again, but are still completely winning.
41...b6? - You actually wanted ...c5, ending his queenside counterplay. Now, 42.c5! would've been a bit painful, but you're still winning.
-----
You held onto your extra piece and with good technique converted the win. :)

tonydal> If he had played 34 Kd2 he could still cause you some technical difficulties (as they say), because your knight is boxed in,
Couldn't the hopper simply hop to g2 and score the h4 pawn on his way out?
This victory is my first 14** scalp. It wasn't perfect and wasn't as forced as I'd have liked. I would welcome potential alternatives and suggestions from the gurus of this site! I tried to incorporate a few endgame concepts in there that I'm learning.
