I know i am low rating and my games are a joke to a higher rated player. But the analysis says sacking the rook is better here. This was a blitz game.

Engine says rook to H1 then checking rook on E1?

I would ignore the engine in this case, from a practical perspective Re6 looks like the best move since it keeps both rooks and fights back the best.

Makes sense, I guess the confusion comes from the fact I actually won the match and was able to pin the queen later with 2 rooks on 1 File, I'm sure a higher rated player would be winning that position with ease.
