Not allowed to move queen

On move 31 you were unable to move your queen away because it is pinned to your king by the white queen. You could however have played Qxe1+ here. Instead you defend the queen with d5 but white finds the excellent move Re5+ and wins your queen.

It's not clear from the information provided exactly what happened in your game against ka_karot. If your queen was captured and you were not allowed to move it, it's possible that you made an illegal move earlier in the game that resulted in the capture of your queen. In chess, a player is not allowed to make a move that puts their own king in check (unless the move would get the king out of check). If a player makes an illegal move, their opponent has the option to take the piece that was moved illegally or to choose a different legal move.
It's also possible that there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication between you and your opponent, or that there was an issue with the chess software or platform you were using. If you are unsure about what happened in the game or if you believe that an illegal move was made, it might be helpful to review the game notation or to consult with the Chess.com moderator team to see if any foul-play was at hand.
