Ok I looked at one of your games. The problem is that you're giving away a lot of pieces for free. A good place to start is with chess.com's new to chess lessons which will help teach you some of the basics of the game. https://www.chess.com/lessons/guide

Then, do some puzzles and play some games. The puzzles will teach you how to make the most of your opponent's biggest mistakes and improve your ability to see what's happening on the board. Playing more games will help you practice those ideas from the puzzles and also help you improve your board vision so long as you keep an active focus on making purposeful moves that will improve the position of your pieces.
