Queen worth only ~2 points in this positiono?

I played a game where black blundered their queen. The evaluation before was under 4 point 5 , but after the blunder it only went up to 6 point 5~. Why didn't it shoot up to at least 10?

the evaluation of the position does not entirely depend on the piece value. It evaluates the position using criteria's like material advantage, king safety , active/passive pieces etc. so yeah. even though u captured the queen it doesn't mean much if your opponent has strong counter attacks. besides the knight on e4 is pretty strong. Also , when your opponent capture your knight his bishop becomes active and he can also play moves like Rf6 Rg6

The evaluation is that black will lose a minor piece with best play, but with the line they played they lost the queen instead. So, it is just the difference between what they should have played and what they did play.

It’s about 10.5, not 6.5 for me

The evaluation assumes best play from both players regardless of rating
