Actually I take it back. The best move is on move 21. Black should take your queen with Rxe2.
The series will follow like this and Black will be ahead the exchange and one pawn:
21. ... Rxe2
22. Bxh6, Rxe1+
21. Kg2, Rxb1
22. Bxb1, Gxh6
There you have it. Black wins.
