Firstly, you didn't lose the game. Secondly, the opponent resigned because of move h7+. This leads to capturing the white queen, and a checkmate as 28. Kxh7 29. h3 Qb7 30. e4 Qb2+ 31. Kf1 Rac8 32. Be3 Rc2 33. Qa1+
