I am seeing a lot of missed moves on White's side this whole game.

28. Rb1 shouldn't even have happend and wouldn't have happened against a 
decent player.  

28. g4 would have been a much better play for this spot.  Trading off a bad 
white knight for a strong black knight would be nice here. 

Regardless, this will lead to a black win.
