Ruy Lopez end game

I got lost in the end game on this one.  My plan was to somehow break through and promote my b-pawn.  I got my king to the center first and was looking for a way to force the pawns through, but I ultimately got myself stuck in zugzwang.

What could I have done differently?  Could I have drawn the game once the pawns were promoted?  Any comments appreciated.

43 h4 is totally winning, everything else loses.

It's not that I'm that clever, this is what Stockfish tells me :)

It's actually a very instructive ending.
