Should I accept the draw here?

This friendly Ukranian guy typed something in the chatbox (which I don't understand) then offered me a draw... should I have accepted it?

He probably pressed the wrong button on his phone touchscreen, meaning to resign but offering a draw by accident. I've almost done that a few times in a blitz but caught it before embarrassing myself.

What he said is "hahaha miser". I think he was making a reference to a card game called "preference". It's French originally but very popular with Russians, Ukrainians, etc. In that game it is possible to win a round by getting the lowest score possible, instead of the highest (if you play the perfectly worst round, basically). That's called "getting a miser". So I think it was joke, saying basically he wins by the miser rule because he's totally lost.
