at Qh8 there are only 2 legal moves (assuming white is at the bottom), and one of them (c3) does not result in mate, let alone in 4. 

However, if the first move is Nd3 I think you'll figure out the other moves.

This position is known as a "Kegel" - referring to the bowling-type game of nine pins. There is an entire book "Kegelschach" by Hilmar Ebert, available on the web, about these problems.
