Sound Sacrifice in Old Steinitz?

Hello,

I don't have access to a chess engine and was wondering if someone could refute my rook sacrifice.  It looks clear but chess, for me, is usually about getting lucky and thinking 'i hope they don't see it'.

I don't have anyone to talk about chess with in the real world.  Any input would be nice.

Yes, this is a sound sacrifice. Maybe black should have played g6 instead of Kh8.
