In the opening, c5 was probably a mistake. I don't think you have enough compensation for the pawn. In addition to that, you already moved the pawn once in the opening.

Instead, something like Nf6 keeps your position safe and solid.

Why did you play 20...Rcd8?

20...Rfd8, bringing another piece into play, is better.

Nice tactics later on.

20.. Rcd8 to fry his brain, pointing a rook to his queen. It is always annoying, because the HORSE can take a free piece at some point.

20...Rfd8! is even better. It's going to fry his brain along with bringing another piece into the game. The rook on c8 is already developed, the rook on f8 is not.

Yes, I agree. But note that 20.. Rcd8 worked well too, because he moved his queen to e1 and this move made my victory.

Let's play as two REAL MEN.

No coward castling - just two buddies fighting like honoured men: I show you my face, you show yours, we punch each other until one of us kiss the soil.

Seriously marco!

I showed you like at least half a year ago (I think) that Nf6 after d4 d5 c4 was bad

But you see logozar, he plays dubiously, unsoundly, but with heart and without theory.

WOW!  Sorry, my dear coach!!

I remember that. You told me to protect a pawn with another pawn, not with the HORSE.

I remember your advice everytime I face this position.

BUT !!!

I want to fry the brain of the opponent. I think Nf6 has a psychological approach, since develops a horse - this piece is more frightning than a simple pawn.

Then, sometimes I play Nf6, sometimes just e6 as you recommended.

Tks for the advice, ONE MORE trophy sent to you.

Yes, this is the spirit, the main strategy: fry the brain of the opponent.

Boring ECO, boring memorized moves are subsidiary.

The aim is PLAY WITH FEELING, PLAY WITH ART - PLAY WITH HEART.
