Need Advice on Training Suggestions After Game Review

I need some advice concerning the training suggestions after a game review. First, I get a suggestion to check my stats in Insights. It's interesting but not particularly useful for me.

Second, there are suggestions for lessons to review. Lessons are one of my favorite parts of chess.com, but each one tends to teach many things. Which things relate to the game I just analyzed? What move is the suggestion genie referring to in my lesson?

Third, I get a suggestion for puzzles that might help with practice. Where did I make the blunder leading to the puzzle suggestion in my game? I really enjoy playing and learning on chess.com, but I feel like I'm not getting all of the benefits I could. Any advice?
