What am I doing wrong? I can’t win a single game anymore.
I think 15. hxg5 was the main blunder positionally. It opens your opponents rook and allows for that checkmate later
22.gxf3 is gross...why not Qxf3? Then after spending all game trying to avoid the mate threats on the h file and dealing with it quite well you completely forget about it with 23.b4. Had to use your queen eg.23.Qd5.

Agreed, I don't understand in what situation you would be happy to play gxf3... just seems suicidal 🤔
23. b4 seals White's doom. I'm pretty certain that 23. Re1 would still give White time to escape the checkmate via Qh4 and Qh1 (the g5 square cannot be safely accessed by the Black queen).

I think I understand...OP spent 2 seconds on this decision despite having over 26 minutes on the clock. @GucciSucks have you tried thinking carefully about what moves you are playing? It may seem surprising, but doing this will help you play better and win more games.
While admittedly I'm not the best at chess yet, while I peaked at 900, I lost so many games I was down to the 500s, and just now am starting to recover.
How did I keep losing games? Patience. Or, lack thereof. I didn't have patience; I rushed my moves, I played overly aggressive trying to get a quick win, and most importantly, I didn't play the way that I had learned to play.
Take a breath. Look at the board. Take some extra time to consider all possibilities. If you find yourself running out of time frequently, increase the time your games run (I found 20 minutes to be the perfect balance between not waiting around 5 minutes at a time for my opponent to make a move, and always being about to run out of time myself).
Believe me, it works. I've won 7 out of my last 10 games, so my score is going to be rapidly improving as I continue to play, and I'm sure you will, too.
Also, I see you've only been playing on chess.com for a couple of weeks now. One additional factor is that you start your profile at 1200. If you are relatively new to chess, this is far too high of a rating and you are going to lost most of your games until you get reduced to a rating more your speed. Don't worry about it, eventually everything will balance out between your rating and your skill. In the meantime, watch videos teaching you chess strategy and tactics (including the lessons on this website).
