What's so bad about Black's moves 20...Kf8? and 21...b6?

I get that I made other mistakes, but the engine very much does not like these moves and I don't understand what's so bad about them. In fact, while the chess.com engine dislikes these moves, the one in my chessbase program likes them even less and pretty much considers the position to be saveably close to even prior to move 20, but already lost after move 21.
