why did Black win?

Hello,
So I did my first online game, I was playing white, did some very bad moves and it was a difficult endgame.
Now I wonder why I lost, I can’t seem to understand why.
(PS: it’s also my first time on the forum, is there a possibility to post a screenshot of the end result? For privacy issue I will hide the other player)

So this is how the board looked like:
White: rock f3, pawn c6 and f2, king G2.
Black: rock b6, king e6, pawn g7, queen h4.
(PS: if there is a better way to write it down, please tell me)

You lost because you ran out of time. This is an automatic loss unless your opponent does not have sufficient material left to checkmate you, in which case it is a draw.

To insert a game you can copy the pgn file then click the chessboard icon above the chat box and follow the instructions.

After looking more closely I indeed ran out of time.
By looking through the forum I saw how to post it. Thanks for the reply

By glancing through the game, black won because white made  a lot of silly moves and black took advantage of those silly moves.  Both sides should ask questions before they make a move, such as, "Can my opponent safely capture a piece"? to avoid loosing precious material.
