Why take with b pawn instead of d pawn?

its +1 with b pawn and +0.6 with d pawn, doesn't taking with b pawn create an isolated pawn? (taking c5)

It does not really matter.

bxc5 leaves a backward pawn b7
dxc5 creates a queen's side pawn majority 3 vs. 2
Rxc5 keeps the c-file open

It’s about the relationship of the knight on c6 to his pawns. Taking with d decreases the potential to attack that knight, and increases the potential of black to lock out your bishop.
