Since the knight can stop the queenside pawns, allowing time for the king to get over and win the c pawn and then the knight can head back over to the king side to stop those pawns.
My guess is that it would have ended a draw, but these endings are tricky and it's easy to play one little wrong move.
Here's a game where my opponent lost on time, but I'd like to know if I would have been able to promote or if my opponent could have stopped it.
