While the computer may think you had 99.5% accuracy, most humans would likely have played 13. Nxg6 (holding the B and attacking the R) discovering on the Q. Black's accuracy rate seems to be in single digit territory by my best guess.

Yea, accuracy is quite high when it's just a few book moves and then some forced moves. After the opening he gave you 3 pieces

I think your move is the more human one and is something I would probably play as well. No need for Nxg6 at all.
