You should have played at least 14. Rxd5 after 14. Nxd5 instead of going after the b2 Pawn with your Queen.
You also should avoid using your Queen too early and develop your pieces first. You will waste moves trying to protect her and you let your opponent develop his or her army before you do. If that happens you will be paralyzed, like you are here.
Don't use her as your primary attacker. You have other pieces for that.

As I mentioned in my Commentary, that was a mistake I regretted immediately, I made the move when I was at work and did not pay attention to my move. The reason I brought my queen into play so early is the style of opening I used, the scandanavian defense. Please, if anyone has any furtehr insights on a line of play please let me know.
