Here is a game I played today on here against an opponent called chessyman0007. It was with the English Opening. Now the English opening has two main variations. The symmetrical and the Reversed Sicilian. There are some other lesser known and lesser analyzed variations. One of which is the Anglo Indian. The move I made which was Nc3 turned it into the Queen's Knight variation. I hope you all enjoy it . I know somewhere I made some inaccuracies but all in all. It turned out well.
Hello all. Today I will be creating several new forums on different openings I currently use. I shall be posting games in there and be giving you analysis on each move I make. Starting with the English Opening. The English Opening is one of my favorites and is one of the easiest openings to learn. While it does not outright control the center of the board directly, it slowly controls the center with the development of key pieces such as the kingside Bishop and Knight. Possibly pushing a pawn to f4 to create an almost Leningrad Dutch pawn formation. It is a very positional and closed opening up until the late middle game. Enjoy!!! Please feel free to message me with any questions about opening prep.
