4...e5? is an opening error and in fact doesn't gain a tempo. after 5. Bb5+ white has a distinct advantage: Black's main reply, Bd7 cedes control of the d5 square after several exchanges.
I do not see how 10. Bxd7 is a mistake, as like I said previously, it prepared 12. Nd5. at this point, it is black, not white, as you had stated, who is "falling apart"

15. ...Qxb2 is too risky. how were you planning on dealing with the threat of 16. Rb2! and 17. Qxf7! ?
moral: in sicilian games, you must cover the d5 square. you lucked out here, as in situations where white was "dead" he was actually winning. good ending, but pay more attention to opening principles.
