Great job!

Whoever has the next move wins
Not necessarily. If it the rooks are connected it's fine
dead draw
Yes, I was specifically talking about the position posted at the beginning of the thread.

not a dead draw

oh nvm it's winning bc a skewer
I must admit, I hadn't put that much thought into my reply. It just seemed intuitive that the 2 rooks could probably control the board from that point on. I was proud of myself just to notice the mate in 1 if it were blacks turn.

here you got another puzzle:
It might seem an easy win for white but black will slowly support his pawn until we need to sacrifice our rook for the promoted queen so how can white capture the pawn and win? comment your answers!

The forum might be of 2 rooks vs. queen but we will also talk about rooks vs. PAWNS that want to become queens!

Rg5 wins easily

ok so a bit harder one:
With white to move, How can white not only SAFE but WIN this endgame? comment your answers!
I know this is noot RRvs.Qbut it's R vs. Q. with white to move, HOW CAN WHITE SAVE THIS ENDGAME? (and force draw) comment your answers!
