Simple way to find out;
Go to each country and ask everyone you find if they have a GM to represent their country! By the end of the trip you will have seen the world, and you will have your answer! It's a won win!

I wonder if the countries that don't have a GM or Titled player have an equivalent Master in another strategy game. Meaning Japan might not have a GM but they have 9 Dan Go players.

Some countries don't even have AM or FM, so they'll probably never ever hear Song of the Week.
I just learned that Hong Kong is a country now thanks to this thread. Educational.
