Ok, so hyperbullet shares more similarities to cocaine than it does to chess. It does nothing for your chess, and when you are at my rating it probably hurts your chess more than anything. But it's addictive, and when you finally get to play a game after waiting an eternity (about 5 seconds), you would prefer that your opponent makes moves. So I would like to make a suggestion, people who abandon or disconnect from hyperbullet games before their first move should auto-resign. I think that it's a reasonable exception to the rule that a game is aborted with no changes in rating if no moves are made.
