Abort = Lose

Why it is always my problem to wait for my opponent after he deliberately clicked PLAY?

That's pretty annoying and should be considered as a lose. Don't click PLAY if you're not ready or hesitant to play. Chesscom is teaching her players to abort their games whenever they like.

3 seconds? it's written 25 seconds above of the 24 seconds my enemy waste. These situations always take my energy from playing another game, as my deep brain consider it as a full game.

If they abort too many times they lose instead of abort.

That's not false. If a player aborts/abandons too often as a percentage of recently completed games they lose the ability to abort and any game that starts rated will be rated.

Well that's good.

Anyway I'm talking about aborting games as a principle. You left the match, you lose. That's easy.

Maybe for only 2500+ rated players they may have more grace time, that's all.
