i lost games just now pls. do something cause' i'm winning those games.i'm thinking i dont know how to play.i lost  a lot of points. thanks it's unfair

A complaint like that without any information is absolutely pointless , if you want help then at least give us some information . And, if you got disconnected from live chess, note that it is still in beta so you CAN get disconnected randomly.
