So guys, Now we are going to learn some advanced mates. I have divided it into difficulty levels. Let's start with difficulty level 1. (Easy)
The ROOK AND KING vs KING checkmate.
Strategy- Make a box or fence where the opposing king cannot escape. Do not give checks until the last checkmate. Below is a similar game play you shall follow.
Next is again easy in fact, easier!
I have hidden a stalemate here, try to find it.
Just look out for stalemates in all checkmates, as they are really frustrating. The key in the queen checkmate is to most of the time keep it/her a knight's jump/distance away from the king. Check the above checkmate out to understand it better.
GOOD JOB! WE ARE DONE WITH DIFFICULTY LEVEL 1 {OR LEVEL (EASY)}.
Difficulty Level 2 (Hard)
Next up is the Bishop and Bishop and King vs King
What mistake did I do? Comment your ideas.
STRATEGY- Make a bishop wall, be aware of stalemates and at the last few moves, 1 square disconnection is needed. Check out the game play above.
Next is the 3 knights and king vs king.
Note that you cannot have 3 knights in a game as a game has 2 knights so this checkmate requires under-promotion to a knight.
Main key, keep the king in the corner and try to get this type of position or similar position if possible.
This checkmate is pretty useless so just practice and master it at least 1 or 2 times a month.
GOOD JOB! WE ARE DONE WITH DIFFICULTY LEVEL 2 {OR LEVEL (HARD)}.
LET'S DO THE LAST CHECKMATE WHICH IS REALLY HARD.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL 3 (REALLY HARD).
BISHOP AND KNIGHT AND KING MATE. IT IS HARD AND NEEDS PERFECT HARMONY!
THIS IS A DETAILED PRACTICE OF MINE, IT TAKES AROUND 15 MINS TO COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND ALL OUTPUTS. I ALSO USED BEST MOVES BLACK OR ELSE THE GAME NEVER ENDS (KIND OF).
Thank you all for coming to see my forum, I will surely upload more chess and bye.
