Allowed sitting on the board??

Or do the chess rules not apply for cats?

The pictured cat reminds me of 2 abyassinian cats that I had. Their distinctive ticked coat always drew comments from people. The board and piece set are impressive too

Board is cool, pieces even cooler and, of course, the cat rules over all . . . Where is wollensock? 

He even managed to avoid knocking any chess pieces over! Pretty sensitive cat

I had a red and a regular colored abby. Fantastic pets. Really miss them. Had one for 16 years and one for 14

We have an abyssinian and one Somali. They have wonderful characters. Life would be so sad without these lovely creatures. They are curious and they want to stay close to humans.

Also, I am not aware of any rule prohibiting sitting on the board. It simply makes play more difficult.
