I still have an issue with Samsung Tab 2 10.1 not being able to see a list of videos, but on the Samsung S3 phone it is fine.
But I will not blame the tablet, since the Chessbase app, ICC, Shredder, and Stockfish all seem to work fine on both...
As a BB Bold 9900 member, I get 56 squares not 64, this is worse than nothing, nada, zip. Chess.com has 9 million members, and nothing for BB?

What is your app version? 3.0.172?
Sound problem will be fixed in next release. As for analysis and diagrams - we will fix it in next releases.
figured my issue with not being able to costumize....it appears to be an issue with my phone. I'm using Galaxy S 2 and it appears to not allow the ability to customize your board or pieces....I logged in with a nexus 7 tablet and it worked fine...so its definitely my phone.
We do not have any restriction withing the app depending on device model. What exactly is happening when you try to customize your boards and pieces? Which steps do you make to perform it? Anyway we will work on better support for shamsung devices, which occasionaly have something on their own under the hood.

A glitch:
I sometimes get notifications on my android phone that its my turn when there are no games to make a move. Just now it happened: I logged on the webversion and had 1 move to make (Almighty_J). I made the move on the web. After that I recieved a notification on my phone saying there are 2 games waiting:
Almighty_J (which I just moved on the web)
Bwvanl (according to the app he moved g3, yesterday I already answered that move on the web with a big blunder and resigned the game)
When I open the chess.com app it says: 2 games ready, then connects and does delete them. So not a big glitch, but the Bwvanl game is funny, because that one has finished yesterday..

I have had the same issue through all updates. My notifications on my Samsung Galaxy 4S and My Samsung Note 8 go as far to tell me I have moves to make against games that have been finished for weeks.

As of this morning analysis is still broken for 960. The app is attempting to apply the pgn to a default layout instead of using the FEN for the start of the game it's supposed to be analyzing. It then breaks the moment the pgn references what it thinks is an impossible move. This is an important feature for those of us who use the app as our primary interface.

Vladimir, This is the image that is shown when trying to promote, but the app will not allow... any other moves it will allow.. just no promotion.

Sorry I stumbled onto this somehow... it looks like you cant promote because your king is in check. Therefore the only legal move available is to move your king....
At least that's what the screenshot tells me.
Barney-Fife, Looks like you tried to promote but you had to move your king? Right? Anyway we are checking issue.
Hey guys! Wow! You are right... yes I needed to move my King... and I took the screen shot of that imge after being frustrated three games in a row... sorry for wrong shot... but the issue was there and still is... I will update now to new version and check again. Thanks.
The app is getting worse. I can't even reply to chat in daily games now (latest update today). Bug is same on Samsung S3 and Samsung Tab2.
Also still can't see labels for videos on Samsung Tab2.
We had a great stable Android app for quite a while and now we have an app the has clock, promotion, issues, pieces flying around, notifications out of sync, can't reply to chat, and I can't remember what else. What is going on?
